The Kuat Beta is the lightest hitchrack on the market at 11 pounds! Just because it's light, doesn''t mean it isn''t sturdy. It''s made of super tough 6061 T-6 aluminum and will haul 2 bikes that weigh 40 pounds a piece!

Because you don''t want the bikes you worked hard to pay for swaying around as you go down the highway the Kuat Beta features anti-sway cradles that will adapt to most bikes that have a top-tube. As with most racks of this type if you have a bike with an extremly slanted top-tube such as some womens bikes you may want to purchase a cross-bar substitute. We recomend both the Yakima Tube Top or the Saris Bike Beam.
