These lightweight, softshell shorts are made for general outdoor and hiking and work well for other activities such as dry weather skiing or mountaineering. The main fabric is a high-quality flex1 softshell fabric, and Norrøna use this material because it offers excellent movement, durability, windproofness, high breathability, and effective moisture transportation. The fabric is a recycled nylon, and elastane double weaved flex1 fabric 125 g/m2, perfect for year-round use. It is treated with PFC-free DWR to provide extra water repellency.
